Submitting content

Records can be submitted to the EU Open Research Repository in 3 ways (see curation policy):

  • Via EU Project Community (preferred) - all EU projects can request an EU Project Community and self-manage submissions. This is preferred submission method, especially if you plan to submit more than a couple of records.
  • Via direct submissions (single submissions only) - if you only need to submit 1-2 records you can submit them directly to the EU Open Research Repository. These submission are curated by Zendo staff, and have a longer delay in getting approved than if you submit via your own self-managed EU Project Community.
  • Via automated harvesting - we automatically harvest records deposited in Zenodo and linked with a grants from the European Commission (i.e. if you haven't learned of the EU Open Research Repository or forgot to use one of above methods). The process is fully automated and only records which can be automatically verified is added. This means even if the records is linked to an EU grant, it's not sure the record will be added to the EU Open Research Repository.
