Manage storage quota


Each record comes with a default storage quota of 50GB and you can upload an unlimited number of records under 50GB. For larger files, you also have an additional allowance of up to 150GB that can be distributed across your uploads as needed.

You can view detailed information about your quota usage in your storage settings.

Add storage quota to a draft

Visit the draft, and click on the Manage storage button at the top-right of the Files section.

Use the slider or the input field to allocate/deallocate storage quota to the record from your available quota allowance.

The bar provides a visual summary of your allocated quota:

  • Blue (Default): Base storage assigned to each record.
  • Green (Additional): Extra quota assigned from your allowance.
  • Grey (Available): Remaining quota not yet allocated.

Click Apply to assign the quota to your record.

Storage quota overview


The Storage quota overview page allows you to see your default quota, additional quota assigned, and quota usage across all your records.

The top section shows an at-a-glance quota summary of your storage limits and usage:

  • Default quota per record: By default, each record has a quota of 50GB.
  • Available quota: Remaining additional quota you can assign out of the 150GB total allowance.
  • Quota granted across records: Total additional quota currently assigned to records.

The quota usage bar shows how much of your additional quota you have used via file uploads.

The Allocated storage table lists all your records for which you have assigned additional quota. The columns are:

  • Record: Title and link to the record.
  • Additional quota: Additional quota assigned to this record.
  • Usage: Progress bar showing usage of the total quota.
  • Date: Creation date.
  • Status: Whether it is a draft or published.
